4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

• Provide truthful information in profiles and applications
• Maintain updated CVs and professional records
• Apply only for positions they are qualified for
• Refrain from submitting misleading or fraudulent information

Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of their applications and career information.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

• Publish lawful and genuine job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality
• Use candidate information exclusively for recruitment purposes
• Avoid discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, nationality, or any protected characteristic

Employers are prohibited from posting misleading, deceptive, illegal, or discriminatory job advertisements.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain services are offered through paid subscription plans.

Employers may purchase monthly or annual packages that provide access to premium recruitment features.

All subscription fees:

• Must be paid in advance
• Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• May be modified by RDC Jobs with prior notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of services.

7. Online Assessments and Interviews

RDC Jobs provides tools for:

• Candidate assessments
• Online testing
• Virtual interviews
• Recruitment analytics

Employers are solely responsible for the evaluation criteria and hiring decisions made using these tools.

RDC Jobs does not guarantee candidate performance, qualifications, or employment outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials available on RDC Jobs remain the exclusive property of RDC Jobs or its licensors.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer
• Resell

Any portion of the platform without written authorization.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform

11. Account Suspension and Termination

RDC Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Misuse platform resources
• Create security risks

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.
